  • If sleep training is too much for you, but you would like help with your child's sleep behaviour, you can also book a separate sleep consultation. Before the consultation, you fill in an extensive questionnaire. During the consultation, you will gain insight and knowledge about sleep behaviour and what is important in your situation. We will discuss all tips and tricks and give you tools to work on this yourself!
  • You can book a sleep consultation for example in case of a transition from daytime naps, transition from summer to winter time, or if you have questions or doubts but do not want coaching.
  • This consultation does not include a sleep plan.

  • To help you as brand-new or expectant parents provide a strong sleep foundation for your baby, you can book a newborn consultation. You will learn to develop healthy sleep skills in your baby's first 4 months that will last a lifetime!
  • During a 75-minute (online or at your home**) consultation, we will discuss what sleep means for your baby, the development of sleep in the first months, the sleep environment, sleep associations, safe sleep and you will get tips for these first months so you can create healthy sleep needs.
  • You also get 2 extra 15-minute phone calls that you can use in the period until your child turns 4 months.
  • You will also get a handout of everything we discussed to read back at your leisure later.

FAQ

A child sleep coach specialises in the sleep behaviour of babies and children and helps parents get their children to sleep better (again). Some children sleep wonderfully since birth and others need help with this. Sometimes a few tools, tips and tricks are enough for better sleep and sometimes a tailor-made plan is the best option.

A sleep coach supports you in this phase. Through a comprehensive intake form, we map out the family situation and make a tailor-made plan. We look beyond sleep.
