The information and services offered by child sleep coaches of "Equipped for the Day" (hereinafter: child sleep coach) are intended for educational purposes. They are not medical in nature for an individual problem and are not a substitute for medical or other professional advice from a qualified medical specialist. Information and services are also not aimed at making a medical diagnosis or treatment. In agreeing to the assignment, you also agree to disclose your child's medical condition.
It is your responsibility to check with the healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may cause sleep problems (including but not limited to sleep apnoea, ear infections, allergies, asthma). This is to ensure that the healthcare provider has determined that your child is healthy, at an adequate weight and growing and that it is appropriate to implement the sleep plan. You agree to inform the child sleep coach of any medical changes during sleep training, as sleep training should not be performed unless the child has a healthy diagnosis from the healthcare provider.
All information and services are given with the best intentions and knowledge of the child sleep coach. The child sleep coach is not liable for any incorrect (or incomplete) or misinterpreted information of this information or services.
The child sleep coach will make reasonable efforts to include current and accurate information in consultations, or for the completeness of the information provided. This consultation may contain references to other materials and resources, but Child Sleep Coach is not responsible for the content of such other references and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content. All references provided by child sleep coach are provided solely for the convenience of the user.
The information and services are intended only for the specific client and is for their own use only. The information and services may not be shared with other parties or individuals. All intellectual property rights of "Geared up for the day" are protected.
The sleep plan contains recommendations and thus intended improvements in your child's sleep behaviour. However, it remains your own decision to apply these recommendations. A consistent and comprehensive approach gives the best results for improving your child's sleep.
The sleeping plan will be written after payment is made.
Cancelling the assignment can be done up to 48 hours prior to the intake.
There will be no refund of payment once the sleeping plan is sent.
When the sleep training is completed (after about 2 weeks), no refund of any amount will be given if not all time, emails or video calls have been used.
When you agree to the assignment, you automatically agree to the General Terms and Conditions. These will be made known to you upon confirmation of the course.
After the initial video consultation, you will receive a personalised sleep plan via email within 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
After the intake, you will start the sleep training within 1 week. After that, the availability of support cannot be guaranteed and €50 will be charged for any changes needed to the sleep plan.
Intermediate pausing of the training can only be done by mutual agreement, possibly sleep training can be resumed later. Only with a valid reason such as illness or force majeure can the training be paused.
Both the child sleep coach and the client can terminate the assignment/agreement at any time. There will be no (partial) refund of payment. The child sleep coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the you break any of the terms of this agreement.
You understand that your commitment to this process is absolutely necessary to achieve improvement with regard to your child's sleep.

You understand that the child sleep coach encourages and drives updates from you, and that it is your responsibility to correspond.
You promise to raise any concerns, doubts or confusion regarding the sleep plan drawn up with the child sleep coach as soon as possible, so that the you and the child sleep coach can address them constructively and work together to achieve the goals.
You understand that the children's sleep coach is generally available to answer queries on weekdays during office hours and, if necessary, on Saturdays, and that correspondence received overnight, on holidays and on weekends is generally replied to the next working day.
